You don’t have to carry it all anymore…
The weight of your emotions.
The ache of relationships.
The pressure to be okay when you’re quietly unraveling inside.
You don’t need to fix yourself.
You need a space to feel.
To release.
To return.
This is that space.
A warm, soft, somatic sanctuary for your emotional body —
Where grief is allowed, shame is softened, and peace becomes possible again.
Where you’re met, not judged.
Held, not analyzed.
Felt, not fixed.
This is a Full Moon Emotional Purification Circle — a sacred time to come home to yourself.
the story behind this circle:
t’s been five months since I arrived at the Buddhist Retreat Center.
At first, I came for a retreat. Just for a weekend.
But something in this land — something in me — knew I needed to stay.
I stayed to live.
To serve.
To purify my heart in this pure land.
I came here after a breakup — a heartbreak that cracked me open.
But for the first time in my life, I did not collapse.
I didn’t run. I didn’t distract.
I didn’t numb or abandon myself the way I used to.
I stayed.
I sat in the silence.
In the grief.
In the longing.
In the stillness so quiet, you can hear your own mind.
This land became a mirror.
The men who live here.
The couples who walk hand in hand.
The Lama I serve daily.
All of them — each one — has been a reflection of both tenderness and truth.
Here, everything is felt.
Everything is seen.
Everything is gently shown, until it’s ready to be released — through love, through compassion, through presence.
I faced parts of myself I once thought I had to hide —
The pleasing.
The perfectionism.
The performing.
The proving of my worth.
And in their place, I found something I didn’t expect:
Peace.
Joy.
Self-acceptance.
And a kind of self-love that no longer required me to abandon myself…
to betray my truth…
or hustle for crumbs of worth.
Now, I want to share that peace with you.
Not as a technique.
Not as a performance.
But as a living field —
A feminine space where your emotions can soften, release, and return to the truth of who you are.
Why This Full Moon Matters:
This Aries Full Moon is the first after the eclipses — an integration moon.
It carries a fire of feminine courage and purification.
It’s not about manifesting more.
It’s about letting go.
Clearing emotional residue.
Returning to your center.
Under this moon, we will gather to release the weight you’ve been carrying — so you can meet yourself anew.
What You’ll Experience Inside the Circle:
This is not a class.
It’s a return to yourself.
A space to slow down.
To soften.
To exhale the weight you didn’t know you were holding.
This is a sacred reset for your body and your heart —
held inside a field of compassion, emotional release, and feminine remembrance.
You’ll be guided through:
Gentle emotional detox to release grief, shame, longing, and frustration
Somatic clearing to soften your nervous system and restore peace
Feminine healing practice to reconnect you to softness, stillness, and inner balance
A field of witnessing where you don’t have to explain yourself — just feel
You don’t need to show up perfect.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to arrive — and let yourself be held.

what are somatic practices?
Somatic practices focus on reconnecting with your body and its sensations to facilitate healing, emotional release, and personal growth. Unlike traditional approaches that emphasize talking and analyzing (like therapy), somatic practices recognize that the body holds onto emotions, memories, and unresolved trauma. By working through the body, these practices help individuals release what’s been stored and align their mind, body, and emotions.
What Are Somatic Practices?
Somatic practices involve techniques and exercises that bring awareness to physical sensations, emotions, and energy within the body. These methods help uncover and release emotional blocks, promote self-regulation, and create a deeper connection to oneself.
Key Elements of Somatic Practices
Body Awareness: Learning to tune into and recognize sensations in your body, such as tension, discomfort, or energy flow.
Emotional Integration: Allowing emotions to surface and process them in a safe and supportive way.
Movement and Breathwork: Using gentle, intentional movements or breathwork to release stored tension and reconnect with your natural rhythms.
Grounding Techniques: Practices that bring you into the present moment and anchor you in your body, such as mindfulness or body scans.
Energy Flow: Working with the body’s natural energy systems to promote balance and healing.
Benefits of Somatic Practices
Releases Stored Trauma: Many unresolved emotions and experiences are held in the body, causing physical or emotional distress. Somatic practices help release this stored energy.
Improves Emotional Regulation: By increasing awareness of your body's signals, you can respond to emotions more effectively rather than reacting impulsively.
Deepens Self-Connection: Builds a stronger relationship with your body and emotions, allowing you to feel more whole and integrated.
Empowers Healing: Shifts healing from a purely mental process to one that involves the whole self—mind, body, and heart.
Examples of Somatic Practices
Body Scans: Bringing attention to different parts of your body to identify tension or sensations.
Somatic Movement: Gentle exercises like yoga or free-flowing movements to release physical and emotional tension.
Breathwork: Using intentional breathing patterns to release stress and restore calm.
Touch or Self-Holding: Placing your hands on your heart or abdomen to create a sense of safety and connection.
Visualization: Imagining releasing tension or energy from specific parts of the body.
Why It Matters:
Somatic practices are essential for self healing because they:
Help you process emotional triggers in a grounded way.
Allow you to release patterns of fear, control, or over-performance held in the body.
Foster vulnerability and authenticity by connecting with your emotions on a deeper level.
By incorporating somatic practices, you empower yourself to create healthier relationship with yourself, with your own body and emotions.
